Build Different is the community side of the practice. It is not a content channel. It is not a conference circuit. It is a space for senior operators to share field notes with each other, swap references, and ask second-opinion questions in private.
Membership is by invitation. Most invitations come through advisory engagements, founder referrals, and operator introductions. The standard is the same as the practice: shipping experience, calibre of judgment, willingness to give back to the network.
